I purchased 6 years ago: since then I have replaced 30 amp electric to include LED interior fixtures, plumbing has been replaced with PEX piping, black tank was replaced by previous owner. Replaced all LP lines to include 2 30lb LP tanks. We painted all original wood cabinets but can easily be restored to original condition, if desired . We replaced original rear slide sofa with a full size bed with foam mattress never used and underbed storage. Outside frame and bumper have been painted amp; rust proofed. Cover has been built on rear bumper. We started to remodel rear bath to accommodate a compost toilet and replace flooring then winter came. Rear Bath is original except previous owner replaced with Thetford toilet. I will include vinyl plank flooring and 24 shower pan.
