This 1972 Tradewind has been completely gutted. This is not a lipstick renovation as you can see from the pictures. She really is a beauty! So here is a list of everything that we have done and a couple things that we have left to do. Serious inquiries only.
1972 Tradewind 25' :
removed all interior skins, and washed both sides with bleach solution.
Reworked all the 12 volt wiring and replaced all damaged wires. Ran new 120v wiring. Also ran wiring for future solar use.
Installed a new 12 volt fuse panel and a new 30 amp4 circuit main breaker panel.
New power converter
All new recessed led lighting
New switches
New deep cycle battery
Removed all fiberglass insulation and replaced with an outer layer of reflectix and then a layer of 3/4 foam insulation board. Spray foam in some areas.
Replaced bathroom subfloor, partial in living space
All new bathroom fixtures including shower and sink
New electronic ignition 6 gallon propane water heater
Ran partial new propane lines with new fittings
Installed all new pex waterlines, shutoff valves and new pvc drain lines
Installed new 21 gallon gray tank with new sensors.
Installed new black water tank with new sensors.
Refurbished original speakers, installed Bluetooth connection
Installed new sensors on existing freshwater tank
Installed new level sensing monitor
New dump valves
Installed new fresh water pump
Upgraded furnace
Installed all new screening
Refurbished vent fan in ceiling.
All new custom made cabinetry made from 3/4 cabinet grade plywood. Brass door catches installed
Custom laminate countertops
New Ikea kitchen sink
Custom made front dinette with storage underneath. New custom made 4 cushions with removable covers. Covers have been treated with Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield. Turns into a 48x75 bed
Custom made sofa with storage underneath. New 4 custom cushions treated with Scotchguard Fabric Water Shield. Turns into a42x75 bed
New curtains
Installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring
Upgraded oven and cooktop
Exterior:
resealed every rivet and seam with a polyurethane sealant to ensure no leaks
Replaced all weather stripping
Applied silicone roof coating, 2 coats
All new wheel bearings and radial tires
Painted tongue and partial frame with rust inhibiting oil paint
new Dexter axles
Original hubcaps
About to complete:
miscellaneous final trim
Repaint striping
New air conditioner to be installed
New under the counter fridge
