1974 Airstream Argosy 24ft
Selling our use to be home, Turtle. My husband and I lived out of Turtle for years while I was a travel nurse, remodeling as we went but we tried our best to keep as much original as possible. When we bought the Airstream from the original owner it had several leaks and water damage. ALL LEAKS and damages are fixed. There is no AC unit, we used a portable exterior unit for heating and air and plan on keeping it. We removed the old propane water heater tank and used that opening for the Hvac unit however my husband purposefully made it so that it can easily be put back in. Also we removed the potable water tank that was under the bed but we still have it too.
Remodeled features:
New flooring in kitchen/bedroom and bathroom laminate .
New plumbing pex pipes
New kitchen faucet
New wiring and electrical box and outlets
Toolbox added to bumper
Total bathroom remodel
Instant hot water heater
Composting Toilet
Queen bed with tons of storage underneath.
12V Ceiling fan over bed
TV with DVD combo
Some painting
Apartment size fridge
Insulation throughout the camper We stayed in places like SD, Utah, and Kansas in freezing weather at times and found the insulation to be SUPER helpful
Brand new tires were put on in 2018 when we were in Utah and that was the last long trip we took. Tires are always covered when not in use.
We had so many more plans for this camper but life has changed courses for us which is why it was never completed. Those left over supplies are available for you to take too which is why we priced a little higher. We may continue to finish projects while Turtle is listed. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to ask.
Asking 22,999 OBO
Willing to negotiate.
