Meet Gwendolyn, our beautifully restored 1977 31' Excella 500.
She was professionally restored by Gray Ghost Restorations in 2019. She was torn down to an empty shell and meticulously transformed into a modern home for our family of four. Below is a list of the work done.
- Completely redone electrical featuring 4 160 watt panels, MidNite Classic 150 controller, 2 12 volt lithium batteries, Samlex 3000 inverter / charger, AC/DC distribution panel and new wiring throughout allowing to easily live off the grid
- Completely redone PEX plumbing and Dometic 310 toilet
- Furrion 21" Chef Collection built in gas oven amp; Chef Collection Gas Cooktop
- Nova Kool 7.5 cubic feet refrigerator
- Residential quality Kohler amp; Vigo kitchen, bathroom amp; shower sinks amp; faucets
- 10' long Craft Orissa hickory hardwood flooring
- Splendide 2100XC washer dryer combo
