This is a save from a rural location. Due to health issues, she sat for a long time. Needs a lot of love and attention. My wife always names them, so for now she has been dubbed, Althea. The pictures really show the condition, so I will speak of my perception of Althea so far. Needs bearings and grease if going for a long trek to her new location or she might love to be ported in some way. Have not run any gas as it appears some tubes need to be replaced. Water lines are separated in a couple of visible locations so not sure about plumbing. Tub unfortunately has a couple of cracks. Toilet lid is cracked. When hooked up exterior lights function, some bulbs out. Inverter hums like you would expect and interior electrical seems to all be functional. Appliances have not been tested. Obviously she leaks. She will need new wood. Vista view windows need to be reworked. AC seems to work. Appears all furniture is still there along with plastic bins. Tambour doors all seem to work fine. All windows intact and good. As you can see she needs a good bath inside and out. Not sure what happened but guessing a tree limb fell and poked a hole in the roof near the door. See pics Banana wraps have taken a beating I am guessing from someone mowing too close. However, all four corner banana wraps are in good shape. They are not aluminum but either fiberglass or plastic? After discussion in "As Is" condition appears 4,500 is a reasonable asking price. More pics available. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Hoping she finds a good new home and gets the love and attention she deserves.
