1979 Excella 28' with FULL WRAP AROUND BACK WINDOWS in Bedroom. Mid Spilt Bath. Very Rare Model.
454 Big Block, miles unknown. Upgraded 75 gal Gas Tank. We bought it in 2015. The majority of the work that we did was mechanical, and have included work orders in photos. On the inside, we replaced the entire rear subfloor. The subfloor throughout is solid and ready for new flooring. The generator, water pump, and water heater all run, but may need a tune up. The bathroom is Mid Spilt! One side is the shower room. One side is the toilet and sink. Both rooms are in great shape and working. The kitchen has a newly replaced refigerator. The coveted built in countertop NeTune Blender with ALL the attachments!! PLEASE REFER TO THE PHOTOS More photos on its Instagram page muncle5
The bones of Mucle are good. We have driven it from Northern Ca to Las Vegas and Back, recently, and he loves to Go! It is currently located in Garberville, Ca. 4 Hours north of San Francisco, on the 101. Open to reasonable offers....
