Triple axle Excella 1000. New tires. Rear queen. Carpeting, mouse fur, and furniture removed from front area. Ready for your remodel project. All awnings are original and look good. Dent in rear butt . Bought as empty nest project. Sadly, I do not have the time I dreamed I would have to take this project on and husband wants Big Bertha out of the way. Purchased trailer a couple of months ago, reno started. Cabinetry is in wonderful shape. Floor is solid, no soft spots.

When we plugged it in originally, all the electric was working while we were gutting, we cut one of the wires near the old dinette area air conditioner still works but the lighting is out. Plumbing is going to need some tlc there was a leak under the sink for certain, we stopped there previous owner had it sitting for a while, my guess is there will be some deterioration as is with any near 30 yr old plumbing. So many are totally updating plumbing and electric on these older trailers .

Bottom line it s a project, it will be beautiful once it s done especially this triple axle because they are difficult to find. If still interested, I will consider all reasonable offers.
