SOLD!

1996 Airstream Excella 28 footer. The interior has been completely renovated to include a few things that make camping or full time living easier. I'm in the military so I've lived in this trailer for about 3 months out of the past year. I just recently got the exterior polished professionally and it turned out great. The renovation was done by a licensed electrician/plumber and was not done by myself.

Notable upgrades:
Dinette that folds down into a couch/sleeping area
Custom dinette cushions made of durable outdoor fabric
TV mount where I currently have my iMac
More counter space between cooktop and oven, as well
as more counter space next to pantry
Increased pantry area
Larger sink with a filtered water spout
Increased shower size 40x42 , as well as moved it into
its own bathroom with sliding door.
new porcelain toilet
Washer/Dryer
Increased storage space in bedroom/under the bed
New flooring
New countertops
Overhead Lighting and dimmer switches
I replaced the orignal sewer connection with a Lipperts
Waste master connection more convenient than the old
twist connection
Replaced electric jack with manual crank

New appliances:
Fridge
Microwave
Oven/Cooktop
Washer/Dryer
AC unit
Fantastic fans two
Upgraded electrical to 50 amp power
water tank control panel

Here are the things that are wrong:
When I took the trailer out of storage after being gone for 5 months, I left water in the water heater which gave off a bad smell. I completely flushed out the water heater to get rid of the smell which worked. I didn't really feel like messing with it so I bypassed the water heater and did not install a new anode rod. So i've been taking "cold" showers really lukewarm with San Diego weather

Few dings and scratched on the interior that I plan on repainting here in the next week or two. original paint will be included for touch ups

Few wear and tear stress spots from prolonged travel on the interior which can easily be amended

Not necessarily wrong, but when renovating, the builder covered up two of the left sided windows with the plywood used for the walls. So basically the two small windows below the two big windows on the left side are covered behind the wall.

I really enjoyed having this trailer even though I only lived in it a short amount of time. Everything works as it should.

Please note, most of the pictures provided are from when the renovations were completed. I have added a few things curtains, things of that nature .
