We re selling our 2004 25 Airstream International CCD designed by architect Christopher C. Dean of San Francisco . With their stylish, functional, and colorful interior, the CCDs are highly sought after by Airstream lovers. The interior, which sleeps six, features a rear corner double bed, front sofa and center dinette. The kitchen is well equipped with a 3 burner gas range and oven, built in microwave, and refrigerator. The rear corner bathroom it's a 'dry' bath has a shower and toilet with separate vanity. All recessed lights have been upgraded to LED. The original skylight was upgraded with the installation of a top of the line Maxim skylight. The AC works fine, as does the furnace and water heater. The modern black and white cabinets accentuate the sleek modern look found only in the International CCD series. The camper also comes with a built in stereo including Sony CD player and four speakers, Bose DVD player, Harmon Karden amplifier and Samsung TV. The interior also has plenty of well designed storage spaces and I ve made a couple of improvements to make the storage even more user friendly.
The exterior includes the standard ZipDee awning, in date and full LP tanks, power cord, water hose, awning and stabilizer cranks, and wheel chocks. I also added LED lights along the full length of the awning. This camper has always been in covered storage when not on the road and has had the added benefit of no kids, no smokers, and no pets.
Here s the short list of minor improvements and maintenance items that the new owner might want to consider in the future. The sealant around the AC should probably be looked at and replaced/reconditioned I did the fans and skylight curb when I replaced the skylight . Although it consists of premium components, the sound system could stand an upgrade. I m not a techie or audiophile so we use a simple Bluetooth speaker most of the time.
We've bought a newer Airstream so this one needs a new home. Contact me with your email and I will be happy to send you more pictures.
